For Cheryl, FIT4MOM first appeared during maternity leave. At the time, she had stepped away from corporate America and was navigating the unfamiliar rhythm of new motherhood.
What she found in the class was more than a workout.
She found instructors who remembered her name. She found moms who understood the exhaustion and the joy. She found babies growing alongside her own.
“I fell in love with the instructors, the moms, and all the little kids,” she shared. “It quickly became something I looked forward to every day.”
For Tawnee, the introduction was even more organic. During the postpartum months, she spent her mornings walking through the park with her baby. She would pass FIT4MOM classes and watch from a distance.
One day, an instructor invited her to join. That invitation changed everything.
“Once I came, I was hooked,” she said.
Like so many moms, what started as a simple decision to attend one class became something much bigger. FIT4MOM became part of their routine, their support system, and their identity during early motherhood.
